About Me
A supportive space for preparation, reflection, and growth
My approach to preparation and integration coaching is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a trauma-informed understanding of healing and personal growth. I aim to create a supportive space where you can explore your intentions, experiences, and inner process safely and without judgement.
I work with embodied practices that help develop awareness of how emotions and experiences are held within the body. Through breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and nervous system regulation practices, I support clients in building greater presence, resilience, and connection with themselves. I also incorporate self-inquiry practices to help uncover the deeper roots of healing intentions, patterns, and emotional responses.
My work is informed by both personal experience and ongoing training within psychedelic and integrative approaches to healing. I have undertaken facilitator training with The Sacred Voyage and Gathering Groups. I hold a postgraduate certificate in Psychedelics: Mind, Medicine, and Culture from the University of Exeter, a Certificate in Counselling, and I am beginning Curandero training in the Peruvian Amazon as part of my continued path of learning and service.
